Summary of Services
- Collect and deposit monthly maintenance fees and other revenues
- Prepare checks & maintain records showing all receipts & expenditures relating to the Association
- Mail monthly delinquent notices
- Submit a monthly financial report to the Board
- Inspect the common areas on a routine basis
- Negotiate contracts for maintenance services
- Oversee the maintenance of the common areas and supervise personnel required to maintain and operate the Association
- Attend board meetings. Type and distribute minutes as directed by the Board
- Provide secretarial services as required
- Maintain all Association records as required by Florida statutes
- Receive and handle complaints and requests from owners
- Review and maintain insurance policies and obtain bids for Association insurance coverage
- File all corporate reports
- Obtain, when practicable, three competitive bids for items which exceed $500
